Description

# Class Macro Helper

Stop hunting for macro guides. **Class Macro Helper** detects your class when you log in and shows a ready-made list of useful macros. Click **Add** and it's in your macro list, then drag it onto your action bar.

## Features

- **Automatic class detection** with a tailored macro list for all 9 classes
- **One-click add** for each macro, or **Add All Missing** to add the lot
- **Hover tooltips** that show what each macro does and its full text
- **Smart duplicate check**: macros you already have are marked "Added" and never created twice
- **Character-specific option** so class macros don't clutter your other characters
- **Optional auto-add** on the first login of each character
- **Modern dark interface** that's draggable and closes with Escape
- Lightweight, with no libraries or dependencies

## Included macros

- **Healers:** mouseover healing and dispels that fall back to your target, then to yourself
- **Warriors:** stance-aware Charge/Intercept, interrupts and taunts
- **Rogues:** stealth openers, Kick/Gouge, and Vanish/Stealth
- **Hunters:** pet attack with Hunter's Mark, aspect swapping, Feign Death, and a trap macro
- **Casters:** Counterspell, Polymorph, Fear, curse switching, and wand toggles
- **Druids and Shamans:** form toggles, Ghost Wolf, shock and Purge macros
- **All classes:** a one-button trinket macro

## How to use

1. Install the addon and log in.
2. Type `/cmh` to open the window.
3. Click **Add** next to any macro, or **Add All Missing**.
4. Type `/macro`, open the **Character Specific** tab, and drag your new macros onto your action bars.

## Commands

- `/cmh` opens or closes the window
- `/cmh add` adds every recommended macro for your class
- `/cmh help` lists the commands

## Notes

- Macros can't be created or edited in combat.
- A macro only works once you've learned its spell.
- Macros use spell names without ranks, so they use your highest known rank.
- Character macro slots are limited (18 in Classic), and the addon warns you if you run out.
