What's new

ClassicLootManager-TBC v1.9.4-TBC - patch 2.5.6 compatibility

Patch 2.5.6 removed several global APIs still used by CLM's bundled libraries and
modules.

Fixed
- Dropdown menus errored when opened. `LibUIDropDownMenu` reads `GetCVar`
  ("useUIScale" / "uiscale") to compute menu scale; `GetCVar` was removed as a
  global in 2.5.6. It now falls back to `C_CVar.GetCVar`.
- Auto-award on boss kill stopped firing. `AutoAwardManager` detects encounter
  events via `CombatLogGetCurrentEventInfo`, also removed. It now falls back to
  `C_CombatLog.GetCurrentEventInfo`.

TOC
- Interface bumped to **20506**.

All DKP/EPGP, roster, auction and standalone-options fixes from previous TBC
patches are retained.
