Bug fix — Interface Options conflict

Fixed a critical bug where enabling CLM caused several other addons to disappear from the Options > Add-ons panel (Questie, NovaWorldBuffs, NovaInstanceTracker, Extended Character Stats, Loon Best In Slot, etc.).

Root cause: Registering the "Rosters" sub-category via InterfaceOptions_AddCategory with a string parent silently corrupted the INTERFACEOPTIONS_ADDONCATEGORIES table in TBC Anniversary 2.5.5, hiding all addons registered after CLM.

Fix: CLM now registers a single top-level entry in Options > Add-ons (no sub-category). Main and Rosters configuration remain accessible via panel buttons or /clm config and /clm rosters.
