CineWoW turns your gameplay into cinematic shots with camera presets, smooth transitions, and customizable sequences. Keep playing while the addon handles camera movement, and record the results with your preferred recording software.
- Nine camera presets: switch between close-ups, wide views, side angles, portraits, orbits, and zoom shots.
- Customizable movement: adjust zoom, shoulder offset, camera angles, transition duration, easing, and orbit speed.
- Shot sequences: arrange presets into timed sequences with adjustable holds.
- Combined playlists: chain multiple sequences within a profile, repeat sections, or loop the entire playlist.
- Multiple profiles: create separate camera setups for exploration, combat, and other filming situations.
- Profile sharing: export and import shots, sequences, and playlists.
- Persistent UI hiding: keep the interface hidden until you explicitly toggle it back on.
Getting started
Press Alt+H to show the interface, then type /cine to configure your shots and save a starting view. Open /cine library to manage profiles and sequences.
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Alt+1–9 | Select a camera preset |
| Alt+Space | Play the active profile’s playlist |
| Alt+P | Pause or resume playback |
| Alt+0 | Stop camera movement |
| Alt+H | Toggle UI visibility |
Shortcuts are configurable. Existing bindings are preserved.
Please note: Save the starting view outside combat; this replaces WoW camera slot 5. Begin cinematic playback before entering combat—you can switch shots during combat. Camera motion remains subject to WoW’s restrictions and collision, and some external overlays may remain visible. CineWoW does not record video; use OBS or another recording tool.
