Chronicle Tome separates three things strictly:
Facts — what actually happened in the game
Context — what can be inferred from those facts
Expression — how your character narrates them
If the game doesn't say who killed you, the entry won't invent a killer.
If it doesn't know how many attempts a boss took, the entry won't mention attempts.
No false precision. No fabricated emotion. No invented relationships.
The story is yours. Chronicle Tome only remembers it.

⚠️ Beta Notes
This is a beta. Features may change, text pools are still being expanded, and some commands are works in progress. All core functionality is stable, and no data is ever lost on upgrade.
On language switching: After changing language in settings, type /reload for changes to take effect.
On external AI: Chronicle Tome includes an optional workflow that lets you paste a factual prompt into any external tool and paste the result back. The addon never makes network requests. AI output is saved as an annotation, never as replacement for the deterministic narrative.
On data integrity: All schema migrations back up your data before making changes. No history is ever discarded silently.
Feedback welcome. Suggestions, bug reports, and style ideas all help shape the roadmap.
