## v2.0 — Chroma Blizzard's patch 2.5.6 rebuilt nameplates and raid frames from the ground up and added native options for most of what Chroma used to do. Rather than keep shipping duplicate/dead code, this release cuts Chroma down to only what's still genuinely missing from the game. **Removed (now built into the game natively):** - Class colors on nameplates — Options → Nameplates - Buff/debuff icon sizing — Edit Mode → Aura Icon Size - Dispel indicator mode & full-frame dispel tint — Raid Frames options **Kept:** - **Hide Role Icons** - **Hide Blizzard's Default Debuff Icons** — Blizzard added a native "Show Debuffs" checkbox, but it's currently bugged and resets itself every time you close the options window or reload. This setting is a reliable workaround, not a duplicate. **Also:** - Kept the old TBC Anniversary nameplate-crash safety net (`LOSS_OF_CONTROL_ACTIVE_INDEX`) just in case — costs nothing even if patch 2.5.6 already made it unreachable. - Added `/chroma dump` — prints info about your party/raid frame to help debug anything that doesn't look right. **Note:** big version jump (1.5 → 2.0) because the feature set shrank this much, not because of a bug fix. If you only used Chroma for nameplate colors, you don't need it anymore — that's just in the game now. Old settings for anything removed are simply ignored, nothing will error.
