Chonky Character Sheet

v2.3.06:
- All: Created a new character sheet background called "Class Crest" for all versions of wow.
- All: Fixed an issue with inspect ilvl and inspect item ilvl sharing the same option key.
- Retail: Updated Class/Spec stat priorities from wowhead.
- MOP/TBC: Rewrote the way character and inspect frame backgrounds are handled.   They have access to everything other than the retail class spec backgrounds (since the Blizzard assets aren't available in those versions)
- MOP: Rewrote the reputation frame section since it was acting up.
- MOP: Optimized the module initialization code to reduce option change lag.
