Chonky Character Sheet

v2.3.01:
- Added a new (work in progress) module: Gear Finder.  It allows you to search for upgrades in raids/dungeons, etc. based on multiple filters.  This is just the initial version of it, so I will adjust and add functionality as people use it and give feedback.
- Rewrote the initialization code for all modules in the addon to give better performance when changing options; still some work to do.
- Fixed a problem with profile resets and dropdown menus in the options panel. Re-enabled profile resetting in TBC.
- Added ascendant voidcore to the upgrade display on the character sheet
- Rewrote the title manager to better integrate with Blizzard's back-end title management code.
- Fixed vertical centering for checkboxes and text wrapping for color selector controls in the options panel; both were bothering me.
- Re-enabled enchants on TBC for spanish clients. It may or may not work since I have not had a chance to rewrite everything.
- Fixed gem links not showing on inspect frame in TBC client.
- Enabled Character sheet background image changes in TBC.  Still need to find applicable race and class images in the Blizzard art library.
- Added a few interoperability items for Class Codex (great addon!) to make sure it isn't opening when M+ side panel is set up by default.
