v2.2.38:
- Re-added "No Title" to the titles list
- Fixed the Earthen race background (was the wrong map coordinates).
- Completely rewrote how the addon handles "secrets" so that it won't initialize at all in M+, during combat, during Raid Encounters, PVP, etc.  It will initialize once that state is cleared.
- Created a fixed string length for the left (label) side of the stats section, to get around any chance of secrets computation.
- Changed the term "Movement Speed" on the stats panel for mounted/player speed to just "Movement" so it isn't constantly being truncated.
- Changed the crest/catalyst/bonus roll labels to shortened versions to better fit
- Fixed Classic/BCC/MOP LUA error related to secrets (they are an open book)
- Fixed a Blizzard font unavailable error for MOP PTR (just ignored the preload for PTR builds).
