v2.2.32:
- Added "sort by" and "sort direction" options to change the default Sort for the M+ frame.
- Added ability to click on an M+ frame header to sort ascending/descending temporarily (until reopening the character frame).
- Decoupled missing enchants from enchants shown.  In case you want to show missing enchants but not show when an item has an enchant.
- Changed the set point of the show character button to better align with extremely wide character frames.
