Check4Rares

This is the 3rd major incarnation I have written but there have been many small ones as blizzard slowly broke all my old coding attempts. Anyway it compleatly broke about a year and half ago but I wasn't playing much wow so I gave up on it. I recently returned to the game and couldn't live without my favourite addons so I have been rewritting them the last week or so. This is the first time i put something on here so hopefully it will continue working though there is one bug I haven't managed to nail down yet.. it still does what it say's on the box an finds the rares with an "I see you!" that may startle you but will quickly draw your attention to the screen..
