My Experience with the AddOn:
I've used this addon long enough now to know that it indeed works. I find that I am able to correct my posture without it even telling me now because the 15 minute reminder has trained me to do so. I was surprised how often my back is completely out of alignment while playing WoW. This is especially true as I've been playing on a laptop lately and I've been staring down at the screen rather than the proper position which is having the screen at eye level.
