- Added a small textured resize handle to the bottom-right corner of the settings GUI.
- Added a bottom-left DRAG tab for moving the settings GUI.
- Removed the drag tab from the actual resource bar.
- Added class-colored GUI accents based on the current character.
- Added Chay_CE dragon logo and dragon-themed background styling to the settings window.
- Preserved existing bar logic and button behavior.
- Test Proc, Bar ON/OFF, Close, and Lock Bar controls remain functional.
