Tank Swap Note

Automatic “Taunt now” callouts are only enabled for raid mechanics where the tank swap can be determined reliably from a fixed, supported encounter state or aura transition.

Some raid encounters use dynamic mechanics, variable stack counts, randomized ability combinations, phase-dependent timing, or other conditions that cannot be safely represented by a single automatic tank-swap trigger under Midnight’s addon restrictions. On those encounters, ChayAlert HUD will continue to provide the relevant tank mechanic warning but will not issue an automatic “Taunt now” callout unless the swap can be determined reliably.

This is intentional to avoid giving tanks an incorrect or mistimed taunt instruction.

Beta Status

ChayAlert HUD is currently in active development. Encounter coverage, timings, mechanic recommendations, and tank-swap support are still being tested and may be adjusted based on live encounter testing and player feedback.
