Crash & Stability Fixes

• Fixed a serious startup issue where newly detected addons could be force-loaded during login.

• New addons are now detected without automatically loading or enabling them.

• Removed the unused addon force-loading helper entirely.

• ChayAddonProfiles no longer contains any LoadAddOn execution path.

• Added safer handling around addon memory queries to prevent errors when Blizzard secure addons are encountered.

• Reduced the risk of login-time CPU and memory spikes on systems with large addon collections.

Profile Behavior

• Profile application continues to safely enable/disable addons for the next UI reload instead of hot-loading addons.

• Preserved combat protection when applying profiles.

• Preserved protection preventing ChayAddonProfiles from disabling itself.

• Preserved existing Blizzard/core/library addon safeguards.

• Existing profile logic and saved profile behavior remain unchanged.

Diagnostics

• Verified there are no uncontrolled OnUpdate loops or continuously spawning timers.

• Performance diagnostics remain user-triggered.

• Existing optional deep CPU profiling test remains manual and does not run automatically at login.

Compatibility

• Validated for current Retail / Midnight 12.1.

• Reviewed current addon enable-state and memory API usage.

• Updated internal documentation to correctly describe new-addon detection behavior.

Notes

This update is primarily a stability and crash-hardening release. Users upgrading from v1.8.5 or v1.8.6 should update to v1.8.7.
