Watch system messages for hints when to trigger a GuildRoster() request
More subtle use of ChannelFrame (such as trying not to flash through all the channels while the player has the ChannelFrameUI open)
Add channel rosters of just a few members to channel tooltips.
Add a brief highlight to channel buttons when another player joins that channel
General refinement and cleanup.

Rebuilt the main Channel code to use a fixed array
Worked around some issues with relying on ChannelFrame's support API
Code is very messy at the moment as mucking with channels has options, dead ends, and misbehaviors
