Chat Frame Fix for TBC Anniversary

I couldn't get the chatbox to move to the bottom left corner this addon fixes it until blizzard fix it
In the current TBC Anniversary the chatbox behaviour is being annoying for me. Can't unlock and freely move it to the bottom left of the screen. The new Edit mode seems pretty crappy and as far as I have found, doesn't allow movement outside of a badly sized bounding box.
this simply anchors it to the bottom left.
Hope this helps anyone else until something better comes along
It looks fine for me using this, if there's anything that's not working for you or something I've missed let me know and I will take a look at it.
