Chaolau GSE Studio

Chaolau GSE Studio is a free, unofficial World of Warcraft addon built for GSE workflow support, sequence testing, trace review and clean export handoffs.

It helps players collect structured testing context for GSE-related work, including cast/input trace data, gap analysis notes, Details/test notes, SimulationCraft context and review handoff exports.

The addon does not automate combat, does not execute rotations, does not modify GSE sequences automatically and does not bypass protected World of Warcraft actions. It is designed as a workflow, analysis and documentation helper for players who manually test and review their own GSE setups.

Chaolau GSE Studio is free, contains no ads, no premium features and no in-game donation prompts.

Installation

Install with the CurseForge app or manually:

1. Download Chaolau GSE Studio.

2. Extract or install it into your World of Warcraft addon folder:

World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/

1. Make sure the final folder is:

Interface/AddOns/ChaolauGSEStudio/

1. Restart World of Warcraft or type /reload.

2. Open the addon with one of the slash commands:

/chaolau, /cgse, /chgse, /cgsetrace

Quick Start

Use /chaolau or /cgse to open the Studio Hub.

Use /chgse to open the GSE workflow exporter.

Use /cgsetrace to open the trace window.

Add your test notes, GSE context, Details notes or SimulationCraft context where needed.

Use the export tools to create cleaner handoff text for review, testing or documentation.

Chaolau GSE Studio is a helper tool. It does not play the game for you and does not change your GSE sequences automatically.
