No longer update channel colors on login.  Only channel color changes after they have been restored to saved settings take effect.  This allows different characters to have different color schemes, however changing colors on one character will no longer effect another without manually changing it or copying the profile.

BUGFIX: Fixed LUA error if you tried to save an individual channel without ever having saved any other channels.  BUGFIX: Fixed frames when saving individual channels.
