ChairCraft v1.12.0: Cooldown bars and group styling

**New**
- **Cooldown triggers have a Show choice: Ready, On cooldown or Always.** A cooldown trigger always counted as active while the spell was ready, so a bar meant to count a cooldown down did the opposite: it showed while the spell was ready and hid while it was cooling down. Pick "On cooldown" on the Trigger tab for that. Ready stays the default, so existing auras don't change. A spell first cast in combat, whose cooldown hadn't been seen out of combat yet, now uses the spell's listed cooldown. Not yet confirmed in game.
- **A group of bars is set up from the group.** Select the group and every Display setting applies to everything inside it: bar width, height, texture, colors, spark, text and its font, ticks, border, background, glow and extra texts. Those used to be grayed out on a group. "Draw it as" on a group turns everything inside into bars (or icons, text...) at once, and a bar added to the group later takes the group's settings. You can still change one bar on its own afterwards. Not yet confirmed in game.

**Fixed**
- **The waypoint arrow stood aside for RestedXP or TomTom even when their arrow wasn't showing.** It only counted whether their arrow was turned on in their settings, so with nothing for it to point at, the selected quest got no arrow at all. Now it steps aside only while their arrow is actually on screen. Not yet confirmed in game.

    ChairAuras: style a group of bars from the group

    Shape settings (bar, icon, text, texture, progress, model) are enabled on
    a group when anything inside is that shape, and SetDisplay hands them
    down. Border, background, glow and the extra-texts list can be set on a
    group too. "Draw it as" on a group sets every child's shape.

    ChairAuras: cooldown trigger Show choice (ready / on cooldown / always)

    A cooldown trigger was only ever met while the spell was ready, so a bar
    counting a cooldown down showed when ready and hid on cooldown. New
    showOn field (default ready); in combat a never-seen cooldown falls back
    to the spell's base cooldown.

    ChairPlus: guide arrows count only while actually on screen

    RestedXP's arrow counted whenever the feature was on, TomTom's whenever
    its arrow setting was, so the selected quest got no arrow with nothing
    for theirs to point at. Now RXPG_ARROW and TomTomCrazyArrow (and Compass
    Forever's) must be visible and not faded out.
