ChairCraft v1.9.0: Bear and Cat Form bar, Frequent Flyer

**New**
- **Druids: the alternate resource bar only in Bear and Cat Form.** A new option on the Looting & comfort page, under Druid. Leave the alternate resource checkbox on for the Personal Resource Display in Edit Mode, and with this ticked the bar (your mana while shifted) is see-through and only shows in Bear or Cat Form. `/chair plus formbar` says whether ChairCraft found the bar and what it reads your form as.
- **Self Highlight only in combat.** A new option on the Looting & comfort page, under Everyday. With it ticked, the game's Self Highlight (circle, outline or both, from the Accessibility options) is off out of combat and comes back as you set it when combat starts. Pick your style in the game's options as usual, even while it is held off; switching the option off puts your style back for good.
- **The Legacy (progress track) window can be dragged.** Like the other Blizzard windows, drag it by its title bar and it stays where you drop it. Any other window the game opens as a panel now gets the same treatment. If a window still won't move, point at it and type `/chair plus movers add`.
- **The flight timer knows about Frequent Flyer.** A character with the Legacy perk unlocked gets countdowns and flight-map times 20% shorter, and their faster flights no longer throw off the times for your other characters. `/chair status` shows whether ChairCraft sees the perk.

    Flight timer allows for the Frequent Flyer Legacy perk

    Read at takeoff (player buff, then known spell by name); applied as its own
    multiplier (0.8 until measured), so perk flights never move the account's
    speed factor and routes first flown with it store their unboosted base.

    Legacy (progress track) window is draggable

    Any named window the panel manager opens gets the header drag handle, and
    /chair plus movers add adopts the window under the mouse.

    Self Highlight only in combat

    New ChairPlus option: the game's Self Highlight CVars are written to 0
    out of combat and the player's values restored on PLAYER_REGEN_DISABLED.
    The held values live in the saved profile so a reload out of combat
    cannot lose them; a style picked while held replaces them.

    New ChairPlus option (formAltBar, Looting & comfort > Druid) that makes
    the Personal Resource Display's alternate resource bar see-through out
    of Bear/Cat Form, told by power type. /chair plus formbar probes it.
