Added ADDON_LOADED event tracking to fix loading variables so settings could be saved.
Fixed a lot of places where blizzard functions were converted to true/false from nil/1.  This was causing several value checks to fail (mostly for pets).

It may be necessary to delete the CEPlayerbar saved variables from WTF\Account\AccountName\SavedVariables to get it to work.  Some settings were changed from 1/0 to true/false.
