- **Active Loot Session Required**: `AnnounceLootInternal`, `GiveLootToCandidate`, and `MarkManualLootToCandidate` now block if no active loot session exists; shows session prompt and prints warning
- **EPGP Permission-Aware Candidate Menu**: GP award options hidden entirely when player lacks officer note permission; only free/disenchant/bank options shown
- **LOOTTYPE.FREE Support**: Free distribution uses new `LOOTTYPE.FREE` type; trade completion for free items sends proper LOOTED message with FREE type and records in loot history
- **Trade Messages Updated**: "Initiating trade" and "Trade completed" messages show "(EPGP not used)" instead of "(Will award 0 GP)" / "(no GP)" when GP is 0
- **Addon List**: ML addon now appears under "Loot" category with minimap icon in Blizzard's addon list
