✅ Fixed: Interrupt Cooldown Detection (WoW 12.0+)

This update fixes a long-standing issue where interrupt alerts could trigger even when your interrupt ability was on cooldown, especially during combat.

What’s changed:

Reworked interrupt cooldown checks using WoW 12.0–safe APIs

• No longer relies on action bar scanning or legacy cooldown functions
• Prevents “false ready” states caused by secret values during combat

Interrupt alerts now only trigger when your interrupt is actually ready

• If your interrupt is on cooldown, both alert sound and castbar highlight will be properly suppressed (when enabled in options)

Improved class & spec support:

Survival Hunter

• Correctly uses Muzzle instead of Counter Shot

Warlock (Demonology)

• Supports multiple interrupt sources
• Alert will trigger if any valid interrupt is available
• Stability & reliability:
• Fixes combat-only misjudgment where cooldown info was unavailable until leaving combat
• More consistent behavior across specs, UI setups, and action bar layouts
