Center Combo Points Improved

Fixes a blizzard UI bug preventing personal resource display combo points over 5 from being centered correctly

Just overrides the positioning of the combo point frame on the blizzard UI personal resource display to fix an alignment bug from some outdated blizz logic when you have >5 max combo points.

Based on the addon by LevyBreak but updated for additional use-cases that break the addon.
