CensusPlus

This version uses manual interaction to send /who queries to the server.

The hard coded trigger key is SHIFT-Z, but this is for some reason flaky.. it sometimes takes multiple /reload UI to have the client really accept the binding.. even though the api returns bound status every time.

I would suggest going into the CensusPlus options window and enabling the two new mouse button hooking check box... and as noted either /reload ui.. or log out and log back in on your character.

As you play the game if you press main or alternate mouse button AND a delay timer has expired, the action will trigger a /who if you have an active census run in progress.

You can follow this using verbose setting.. or just be aware of the CensusButton status.

This code is not what I want for Release status.. but it does allow users to start gathering census data again for retail World of Warcraft.
