CUF.Compat:IsMoPClassicClient() is now the single MoP detector (expansion level + TOC), shared by layout init, MoP config, Blizzard aura workaround, and class bars — avoids treating all WOW_PROJECT_CATACLYSM_CLASSIC clients as MoP. GetClassicExpansionFlavor() / IsVanillaEraClient() helpers added for expansion-aware logic on the unified Classic client.
