Added

- Slash commands (`Core/SlashCommands.lua`):
  - `/cuf backup` — creates a manual backup of all Cell layout CUF data (same as the General tab; overwrites the previous manual backup). Requires layout data to be loaded.
  - `/cuf backups` — prints automatic and manual backup info (timestamp and layout list), or a short message when none exist.
  - `/cuf menu` — opens the Cell Unit Frames options panel when Cell’s options UI and layout preview are available. If it fails, open Cell → Layouts once in the session, then try again.
- API (`API/Common.lua`): `CreateManualBackup()` and `OpenUnitFramesMenu()` for integrations and macros.

Changed

- `/cuf` help lists the new commands.

Internal

- `CUF.version` (saved-data revision) bumped to 32 for release 1.10.6.
