Fixed

- Load order: `CUF.IsInDebugMode` / `CUF.SetDebugMode` are now defined in `Core/Init.lua` so `CUF:Log` (e.g. from `ClassicAuraCompat.lua` at chunk load) no longer errors with `attempt to call field 'IsInDebugMode' (a nil value)` before `Debug/Debug.lua` runs.
