Added

- Slash commands: `/cuf version` prints the addon TOC version and saved-data revision; `/cuf layout` prints the active layout name (same formatting as elsewhere in the UI). The default `/cuf` help text lists these commands.
- API (`API/Common.lua`): `GetVersionInfo()` returns TOC version and `CUF.version`; `UnitFrameExists(name)` checks for a unit frame without emitting a warning (unlike `GetUnitFrame`).

Changed

- Slash command help lines are localized via `CUF.L` (English and Ukrainian strings added).

Internal

- `CUF.version` (saved-data revision) bumped to 26 to match release 1.10.
