First release of addon.

/cc to access options

/cc channel <channel> This changes the output channel valid options are guild, say, yell, raid, party and self This value is saved across account

/cc debug <on or off> Will enable printing of all combat log messages to default chat, it is default off always

/cc test <breaker> <breakie> <cc spell> <breaking spell> Outputs as if that were a real combat log event

Path of frost and Prowl wont be reported as broken.

Hex and other CC that can take damage aren't being announced, also seem to be rather hard to figure out.

Some spells will report as broken even though they are not CC, when I come across them I will add them to the ignore list.
