CC Counter

Added instance data and overall data.
Added commands to check and report instance data. Use i before commands ( ex: /ccc icount ) to use instance data.
Added buttons to the frame to switch from overall mode to instance mode + report button that will report to the instance chat if you are in one, else the party, else say. It will also report according to the frame mode ( instance or overall ).
Fixed the data in the frame not updating until a new cc registered which made it look like resets did not work and when changing groups you could see old members for a while.
