Added features and improvements

• Redesigned configuration with a cobalt-and-slate theme, opaque textured backgrounds, square controls, and steel borders.
• Separate Per ability window that hides the main configuration and returns to it when closed.
• Apply is available in both configuration windows; switching windows preserves pending edits.
• Reduced temporary memory allocations by reusing latency curves and cast-bar geometry.
• Reduced unnecessary spellbook scans and combined repeated cast-stop/failure refreshes.
• Minimap updates now run only while its button is being dragged.

Bug fixes

• Fixed the header drag area overlapping the lock checkbox.
• Added an opaque background fallback if configuration artwork cannot load.
• Removed nested scrolling from the Per ability window.
• Updated window layering to keep backgrounds, controls, and popups together when brought forward.
• Updated popup levels when opened and brought color pickers forward.
• Fixed Escape potentially closing both the Per ability and main configuration windows.
• Kept ability pickers and positioning controls attached to the separate Per ability workflow.
