Debuffs information (Work with mob and boss too) !

Description
CastBy2 tells you who cast a buff or debuff in its tooltip. You can also send a chat message with who has cast this buff.
This addon uses virtually zero memory or CPU.
Character names are placed at the bottom of the tooltip, class colored. Also, where a vehicle applied a debuff, CastBy2 will show the name(s) of the people controlling that vehicle.
Utility of this addon:
- Spot people doing ... not what they're supposed to! :
- See who you he send a DoT / Debuffs / etc etc ... (Work also with Mob and Boss) :
- Thank that kind player who gave you Tricks of the Trade / Hand of Protection / etc etc ...
- See which warlock you need to gkick because he/she cast a Agony on a sheep target.
How do you configure this addon?
- You don't. Names are class colored by default. (Come on, there's really nothing to configure!)
Information:
CastBy2 is an updated of CastBy since Walords of Draenor. The original author (Blackjack) has not updated this addon for many years. I have attempted to contact him about updating his project, but have not yet received a response.
