• RXP arrow: refresh waypoint label in place on live objective changes
  The waypoint title was set once when the Goto target was created
  (dirty-checked by coordinate only), so a progressing objective such as
  "3/10 mobs slain" never updated. Now the poller recomputes the title
  each tick and, when the coords are unchanged but the label changed,
  updates tar.TargetName in place via the target queue — the HUD / track
  arrow rebuilds its caption from TargetName every frame, so it reflects
  immediately without re-adding the waypoint (no ClearAutoTarget/reorder
  churn). A coordinate change still triggers the full rebuild.
