  • Strip XML to bare frame; add localization strings for new features
    Move all widget creation from XML to Lua (CantHealYou.xml becomes a
    minimal frame stub). Add localization strings for immune detection,
    low mana warnings, low mana threshold label, and external cooldown
    announcements introduced in recent sessions.
  • Redesign options panel with sidebar navigation UI
    Replace the flat single-pane layout with a 700×500 panel featuring a
    160px left sidebar with clickable section buttons and four content panels
    (General, Spell Warnings, Status Warnings, Externals) that show/hide on
    navigation. Adds gold section headers, horizontal rule dividers, column-
    aligned Message/s labels, and hover highlight on nav buttons. All global
    widget names and Save/ShowOptionValue logic are unchanged.
