Description
Campfire
A journal for WoW: Forever. Campfire remembers the adventurers you meet along the way, keeps the lore you find, and records your whole road from level 1 to 60.
Remember the people you meet
- Right-click any player to remember them, rate them with a quick face (good to bad), tag them (helpful, friendly, patient, group leaver, unsafe and more) and write a private note.
- Everyone you group with is remembered when they leave the party, ready for you to review later.
- A small rating face appears beside rated players’ nameplates, in tooltips and in chat, so you know at a glance who you’ve met before.
- Campfire tells you when someone you’ve met before joins your group or whispers you, and when you invite or whisper them.
- Friends and Battle.net friends are tracked, and
/campfire whorefreshes their levels and locations. - Sharing ratings with your guild is opt-in and off by default. Your notes stay on your computer.
Keep the lore you find
- The Lore journal collects quest text, NPC dialogue and books as you read them, so you can search and re-read them later by title, speaker or zone, sorted into folders.
- Every quest remembers who gave it and who you turned it in to, with their coordinates. Locate puts it on your map, and sets a TomTom arrow if you have TomTom installed.
Your road to 60
- Campfire records each character’s journey as you level:
- time played at every level;
- every zone you passed through and the path you walked in it;
- kills, deaths and close calls;
- quests, gold earned and spent;
- loot, professions, dungeons, PvP and hundreds of smaller moments.
- The Journey tab lays it all out on parchment pages, chapter by chapter.
- Every ten levels Campfire saves your journey as it stood, so your road to 30 is kept even after you reach 40.
- A leveling HUD shows your XP rate, time to the next level and gold per hour. A money ledger shows where every coin came from and went.
Share it and compare it
- Type
/campfire exportto copy your journey and upload it at campfire.7donuts.dev. There you get:- a full character sheet;
- your place in hundreds of rankings;
- your road compared level by level with everyone else’s.
- Fallen Hardcore characters get a headstone in the Graveyard.
- Campfire also saves an export when you log out. The optional Campfire app for Windows uploads it for you, so you never have to paste.
- Exports never include other players’ names, chat text or your notes. On the website you can hide a character’s name or gear.
