“Bro...” fixes

• Hunter Feign Death no longer triggers Bro....
• Pet, guardian, totem, vehicle, and NPC deaths are ignored.
• Outsiders and the player’s own death are excluded from the other-raider announcement.
• Only genuine deaths belonging to current raid members qualify.
• Feign Death, Vanish, and similar personal combat drops no longer reset the one-announcement-per-pull limit.
• Ambiguous or scripted boss combat is no longer treated as trash for death announcements.
