Tracks "Call to Arms" satchel rewards for Random Dungeons and provides one-click queuing.

- Added support for separate sound selection per role.
- Added a preview button to the sound alerts.
- Added a new window announcer with the changes, rather be displayed in the chat.
- Fixed a bug where if there was an active bonus, the sound would replay after loading screen.
- Fixed a bug where while preview an alert sound, the list would hide.
