Call of Elements

- Added 3 new totem sets (automatic). When you activate or configure those sets, it will use blizzard multi-drop sets instead!!
- Automatically setting blizzard multicast totem frame to the last one, if it was the active set in CoE
- Added a new option to disable tooltips while in combat
