What's new

[1.1.0] - 2026-08-13

Added

  • Makes the mats it can make. Rough blasting powder, copper bolts and copper tubes are recipes rather than commodities, and pricing them at market was only ever right by luck. A shortfall in one now becomes a step in the route and the shopping list asks for its reagents instead.
  • Production batches are placed as early as they can still earn skill, and the step they interrupt is cut in two so the route reads in the order you would do it. The skill they earn is counted: a 1-300 engineering route drops from 149 rough dynamite to 84.
  • Buy craftable mats from the auction house in settings. Off by default — a listed price is roughly what the cheapest few went for, and a plan wanting 160 of something is buying the depth of the market. On, a craftable mat costs the lower of make-or-buy.
  • Reject what the auction house cannot supply. Right-click a shopping row when the stock is not there or a schematic is not listed. A mat that can be neither made nor bought takes the recipes needing it out of the route.
  • The excluded list is a view of its own behind the title bar's prohibition sign, with Crafts and Materials as separate scrollable lists and a Restore on every row. Settings clears each separately.

Changed

  • One row button with three faces, lit when you can act on it and dim when you cannot: make it, read the pattern in your bags, or go and learn it from a trainer. The craft face is the profession's own — flask, hammer, sparkle, wrench, hide, spool, pot, cross. A bordered glyph is a button; a bare one is a status light. No button at all now means one thing only: the recipe is sold as a pattern and you are not carrying it.
  • From and To share the profession's row, giving the list back the row they used to occupy.

Fixed

  • An intermediate the plan produced was credited at the market price even when crafting it was cheaper, overstating the saving on every step that happened to make one.
  • Opening the settings pane called a nil value and errored.
  • A row could bill you for a schematic and offer to craft from it in the same breath.
  • Marking a mat unavailable did nothing when its craft was also excluded — the two halves of the planner disagreed about whether anything could still make it, and the shopping list followed the wrong one.

Removed

  • The plan's own tooltip lines. A wall of text following the cursor down a list was not worth a setting. Hovering a row gives the item's own tooltip and nothing else.
  • Moving the profession window out of sight while it crafts. It moved somebody else's frame.
