Added

• Tokens in your messages. Any whisper can now carry placeholders that fill themselves in as it sends: {name}, {me}, {dest}, {tip} (the trade just completed), {tiptotal} (everything they've tipped this request) and {queue}. Write Portal to {dest} is up, {name}! once and it's right every time. A token with nothing to show disappears rather than leaving a placeholder behind. The full list is in the README.
• A message for when they didn't say where they're going. The new If no city whisper fires on join, and only when no destination could be read from their request, so you can ask outright instead of guessing. Their reply arrives while they're still standing next to you.

Fixed

• Enabling from the minimap opens the window there and then. It used to wait for the next zone or group change to notice, which showed up as the window appearing at an unrelated moment later — when an invite was declined, say. Disabling closes it just as promptly.

Changed

• A request with no city named now reads "Unknown" on the row and in history, rather than "any portal". Every portal you know still lights up, as before.
