This is what u see once u click on an event in blizz calendar
You can quickly see who signed, who is online, who is on alt, and which kind of raid can u form (10/25)
The "!" can tell u who is signing at last moment, ruining the plan u had up for the entire afternoon
After you selected who is in and who is out, you do press Apply button. The addon will set the blizz calendar status to Standby for those you left out. You can use this information on next raid, for proper rotation.

The players counters (overall, dps, heal, tank) can be mouseovered. Addon will tell you how many ppl you have more, or how many u miss. Then will list all dual/triple spec players that can raid in that role.

After u started invites, you have highlighted ppl that are already in raid, so you can quick track who is afk or who didnt accepted invite.
