CalendarCleaner

• Added command /cc add - add blacklisted word for calendar event titles, currently not working for description but I hope to add that
• Added command /cc toggle - enables alerts to tell you when events were removed, off by default
• Added command /cc list - list all blacklisted words

These are not character specific so you won't need to change it on multiple characters, another note the current way I'm handling commands is a bit wonky so just ignore the self whispers until I can figure out how to do it better :D
