Buzzer

Buzzer is a World of Warcraft roleplaying addon that simulates a walkie-talkie radio system. It allows players to send and receive messages across different customizable frequencies (channels), supporting immersive in-character communication. Buzzer features multiple radio "models" with unique skins, sound effects, and functionalities like mute buttons, encryption, and guild-wide broadcasts. Designed for flexibility and roleplay depth, Buzzer adds an atmospheric layer to in-game storytelling.

Very bareboned at the moment. Updates will allow for more features as well as radio models.

Commands:

• /buzzer toggle — Show or hide the Buzzer radio.
• /buzzer options — Open the Buzzer settings.
• /buzzer send <message> — Transmit a radio message.
• /buz <message> — Short command for transmitting a message.
• /bm <message> — Legacy short command, available if another addon is not already using it.
• /buzzer emote — Enable or disable incoming radio emotes.
• /buzzer unlock — Unlock the radio so it can be moved and resized.
• /buzzer lock — Lock the radio and restore background click-through.
• /buzzer reset — Reset the active radio’s scale and return it to the centre of the screen.
