Reworked Buff List layout to give more space for buff settings.

Added options to display buffs as a progress bar: In Buff List, select or add the buff and enable "Show Buff Bar" in the Display tab. Configure in Bar subtab.

Buff Icon position is now configured in Icon subtab, even when not customized.

Added Character-specific toggles for module profiles (off by default).

Some minor bugfixes.

Updated toc for 12.0.5.

New options panel: The new panel is fully custom built and many options have moved or changed. The overall module layout and sections are similar to the old panel. Now has a global search box to assist in finding settings.

Raid/Party Frames "Per-layout config" toggles are now more granular: per-subtab instead of per-section (We can now adjust specifically Health Text per-layout while keeping all other Text settings global for example).

Buff containers have been reworked - they now contain buffs from the Buff List (the Anchor Point of the buff is the container). Buffs assigned to containers can now be customized from the container tab (changing settings for a buff here will also change them in the Buff List).

Debuff containers and Debuff Preset/Filter section have been redesigned.

Added "Auto Hide Groups by Instance Size" option for Raid layouts (Raid/Party Frames -> Frame Config -> Size & Position section) - this will for example hide groups 5-8 in a 20 man instance and groups 7-8 in a 30 man instance.

Unit Frames: Boss Frames can now be previewed, and Cast Bar options have been improved for Boss Frames.

Layouts & Profiles sections have been improved - they are simplified with fewer subtabs.

Several bugfixes.
