ButtonTimers - Midnight

This is the button timers addon, updated for midnight expansion.  The original app can be found at https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/buttontimers

I was a huge fan of the original addon Buttontimers.  It was such a simple elegant solution to the problem of monitoring affliction dots, it honestly changed the way affliction plays for Warlocks. 

This update will track dots and cooldowns during combat on multiple targets, in delves, raids, dungeons and open world.

I don't have the ability to maintain this addon long term, so pretty please someone take over maintaining this addon.

Important: NPC nameplates must be ON!

Warning: This addon is for warlocks only, it will work for affliction, destruction and demonology.

Warning:  Due to how much combat data is hidden now, if the duration of a cooldown changes during combat, that change won't be reflected in your timer.  For example:  Dark Harvest typically has a cooldown of 60 seconds.  While the cooldown timer is counting down, if something shortens the cooldown, the timer is not updated, so the timer bar may be off by a few seconds.  As far as I know, there is no way around this problem.
