My fork of Button Forge, but Global Pallets, works with BF side-by-side

Description
This is my fork of one of my favorite addons, Button-Forge:
https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/button-forge
It is NOT a replacement, it is made to work side-by-side with BF, allowing Global Palettes.
I have a lt of alts, and it drives me mad having to create bars on every single toon.
This allows having palettes that are global.
There are obvious knoen issues, if you don't have a spell or item on every character.
It's up to you to populate the items.
Maybe some day, the author of BF will add the ability to create Global Bars, but until then, this has been an amazing addon for me, so I thought I should share it.
I created a macro that alows me to open ButtonForge or ButtonForge Global by wither a left-click, or a right-click.
