- Resolved issue where occassionally the reminder would only show when activating Burning Rush already in combat - now it shows if you have it active while entering combat.

- Added the option for effects:

  1. None
  2. Pulse (fade in and out smoothly)
  3. Flash (flash smoothly to another colour then back to the original colour)

All speed-configurable and secondary colour for flash is configurable.
