The Bulletin button will allow you to view or edit Bulletins depending on where you are.
The Bulletin button will glow if a house you are visiting has a Bulletin to view.

Report Button appears when visiting other houses with Bulletin enabled. Please report inappropriate usage to blizzard. All ToS applies to the Bulletin add-on.
